MOTM and COTM Nominations - February

Okay, since we have more members and characters this month, the nominations are going to work a little bit differently. Instead of a poll right away, we will first have a 'write in' vote and the people who get the top number of votes will then be put into the poll to find out the final winners

Why? She's active on the site and her replies are always posted quickly. Also, she's usually on every day and tries to keep the site active even when almost no one else comes on.

Why? His replies in RPs as this character always give those who are replying something to work off of for their own posts, and he never takes too long with replies; they are usually posted soon after he logs into the site.
