my name is Shannon, or Shan-Shan. i love this site - i found it in an advertisement. i also love roleplaying. in fact, i've been roleplaying for Three years!
the character i am going to roleplay is Jason Kay Evans, but you can call her/him Jay-Kay, Jason 'Heartbreaker' Evans or Heartbraker. he/she is fifteen years old and in his/her sixth year. he/she is true to the house of Slytherin. this character has black hair and grey eyes.
Jason Kay has a very complicated personality. here, i'll explain it to you: Overall Jason can be a pretty nice guy. If he knows you well enough. But if he doesn't know you well enough he will just give you the cold shoulder until he warms up to you or if you agitate him even in the slightest you will have made yourself a life-long enemy who will try and get into arguments with you whenever he can making him a raging bull.
He's attention seeking most of the time. He can be pretty charming with the ladies and will not hold a grudge against a girl for long unless she dumps him or rejects him when he will most likely go all quiet and not speak with anyone for a long period of time.
He loves to sing, to himself or to a large crowd, he doesn't care really as long as it gets him attention. He will do his best to get attention and keep it on him for as long as he possibly can whether it be through fights, singing in public, dancing in public or even the woman he's with he will do it to get a few heads turning or even to get his name put in the headline of the news.
Sometimes Jason will be quite quiet and keep himself to himself to focus more on his learning or to get over a break up or something. At other times he is lively and lovable but yet again he can hate everyone around him and is normally avoided because of a 'bad aura' that people can normally feel looming around him. If he is in a bad mood even the slightest little push will send him into a full blown violent mood swing.
character's name has also been through a lot in his/her life. i'll tell you a little about it: Jason was born in London England on May 1st as the middle child to Bailey and James Evans. Jason grew up as a strict Catholic, you know the routine, Church every Sunday prayers before meals and before bed. Jason didn't argue with this, if his parents wanted him to grow up this way then so be it. That was untill he was introduced to rock music and totally turned his attitude away from everything he had been raised to learn about God and being a 'caring person'. He turned into an obnoxious teen having mood swings alot more than usual.
His parents couldn't control him any longer by the time he turned and sent him away to a boarding school for trouble makers. Which is where he met the 'Love of his life' Lullaby who also got sent there for mood swings but she had been classed as bi-polar. During his last few years at the boarding school Lullaby left him and he went off in a huge desruction of the school and he ran away from England to America where he was singing for money on street corners.
A band member was walking past and was impressed by Jason's singing ability and hired him as the lead singer of the band High Kick, Low Kick who were getting gigs at bars and getting a little money. After a few weeks they were on tour but by the time they got to Gold Coast the band manager fired Jason for a younger cuter replacement with 'more talent' apparently. So they left him at Gold coast and with the money Jason had earned he bought an apartment quite close to the beach. After being here for a couple of months he got back into the routine of singing on corners for money and he even began to write songs, his most preformed ones must have to be Deeper Underground and Virtual Insanity.
After this Jason remembers very little but he remembers someone bringing him back home and having a conversation with his parents about some letter for yet another boarding school, but this one was different. After he got sent away from his home yet again he was hoping to fit in this new school more and keep his mood swings to a minimum.
Jason first found out his powers when he went on his first mood swing, he was so agrivated and the anger he felt was channeled into magic which helped be alot more destructive during the mood swings.

Lullaby had just been walking round school to familiarize herself without the bustle of all the other people and decided that a breath of fresh air was always nice at night. She loved overlooking the towns at night, all the beautiful glowing, glimmering lights were her only escape from the hell hole she used to live in with her father.
As Lullaby was getting close to the door to the rooftop just at the top of the stairs she was climbing she heard a voice "Hello?" Lullaby froze where she was, she didn't recognise this voice and she couldn't identify whether or not it was a friendly voice or a not-so-friendly one. She took a deep breath whilst deciding whether or not to decend the stairs or continue up and shut her eyes for a moment. Opening her eyes after another deep breath she continued to climb up the stairs putting on a kindly looking smile.
"H-hello" Lullaby stuttered as she pushed open the door to the rooftop and stepping out to take a look at the other person who was up here. She was hoping for another student in her year to talk to and ask about the school. Or if it was a teacher she would just say that she felt dizzy and came upstairs for some fresh air to clear her mind. But either way Lullaby wished she wasn't here.
