Slate City is the one place where those with daemons and those without can mingle without worrying about being stabbed in the back, right? The one place where prejudice is turned down and all are welcomed with wide open arms ...[/center]
or, well, it used to be that way. That was until they came along.
Three humans, all without daemons, came to Slate City about a month ago and caused extreme terror to spread through the town. They gathered followers, those who hated or envied anybody who had a daemon, and soon were assasinating public figures who displayed their souls for all to see.
In retaliation, a group of those with daemons stepped up to the plate, and from then on it has been an all out war between them. There have been casualties, and there soon will be many more it's suspected.
It's a timbomb, ticking away, until it finally blows. But when it does, whose gonna come out on top?
