Edo Correctional Center was once a prison for criminals on death row, but after the funds were cut, the city turned the prison into a correction center for delinquent teenagers.

Edo Correctional Center is an asylum for children who are too young to go to federal prison but too old not to be punished. Most teenagers here will never see the outside world again after the crimes they have committed.
